| Taking care of children for 42 years in the
Salisbury, Maryland area, Peggy saw a need for the driving school and
began in her home then moved to a larger facility in the early 1980s.
She began the first woman-owned driving school in Maryland along with
the first private testing range located on Meadow Bridge Road in
